what you’ll do :

• lead high-impact engineering projects, making key decisions on architecture and tooling
• write production-ready code, conduct thorough reviews, and raise the bar for quality
• mentor engineers, pair program, and help the team scale effectively
• collaborate with leadership to refine product strategy and technical execution
• drive engineering processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement
