As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our construction projects. This role requires strong communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience in project assistance. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Responsibilities :
- Generate and review invoices for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with project managers and assistants to gather necessary documentation and project details for invoicing.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain billing spreadsheets, track project expenses, and analyze billing data.
- Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to project management, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile billing records and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding billing processes and documentation.
