Work Location : Remote with possible periodic travel to our office in Itasca, IL.

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Review Supervisor to oversee a QV team in our Quality Review Department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of property inspection services. This is a work from home position that requires a Windows computer and high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

The Quality Review Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to manage the daily activities of the QV team, providing guidance and support. There are also performance management responsibilities to ensure team members are meeting monthly goals. This includes (but not limited to) managing schedules, hourly production, rejection percentages, and quality standards.

Using Millennium’s proprietary software, the Supervisor manages the QV process which includes reviewing a full inspection report that is comprised of a sketch of the home’s footprint, photos of the home which identifies construction materials, hazards, and client specific questions. Knowledge of sketching and replacement cost programs is a plus.

    Position Requirements

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Previous supervisory experience a plus
  • Previous experience in the insurance inspections, appraisals, or claims adjusting
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to change and open to new ideas
  • Ability to work independently
  • Intermediate or above computer skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite : Outlook, Word and Excel
