What You Will Do

As an Analyst on our Inventory Control team, you'll ensure transaction accuracy through manual data entry and intervention. You will be responsible for improving data integrity with internal and external partners and driving automation opportunities in NetSuite and reporting systems. Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory accuracy at lot level across NetSuite (NS) and other reporting platforms at the lot level
  • Support manual data entry of assemblies and transfers in ERP at lot level
  • Assist as needed in month end close reconciliation activities and investigations
  • Notify and communicate data variances with internal and external 3rd party partners
  • Analyze and resolve data integrity variances in collaboration with Accounting.
  • Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and analytics for inventory tracking.
  • Partner with and support Systems team to implement process automation and improvements.
  • Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Control
  • Proficiency in NetSuite (NS), highly preferred
  • Experience with SQL, or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on inventory transactions and data reconciliation.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT.
  • Comfortable with written and verbal escalation and communication
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

    Salary Range Opportunity :

  • The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 + annual bonus amount of 10%

  • Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
  • Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
