Title : Member Debt Representative

Location : Phoenix, Arizona, 85085

Work Environment : Hybrid (work remote 1 day a week)

Schedule :

  • Training Schedule : 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm M-F (5 weeks) On the Job Training for another 4 weeks (9 total)
  • Work Schedule : Will be an 8 hour shift between the times of 9am-7pm CST. Saturdays will be mandatory with Friday's off. (m-th, sat)
  • Training will be onsite and once they go On the Job Training, they will be able to work remote 1 day a week (your choice on day).

    • Job Description :

  • Inbound / outbound automated calls to secure payments on delinquent accounts
  • Manual outbound calls to responsible party contacts to secure payments on delinquent accounts
  • Critical thinking to analyze processes to provide a better member experience

    • Qualifications

  • Financial Services or charge off experience preferred
  • 3rd party collections experience
  • Consumer debt experience (auto, credit, etc.)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
