HVAC Residential Installer

We are a high-quality Insulation, and full-service home energy efficiency and HVAC contractor serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro region, including Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, and Chandler. We offer home improvement services that improve comfort, indoor air quality, and building health and safety in home and business applications throughout the region.

Pay Range :

• Lead Installers : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
• Helpers / Entry level : $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, Full Time.

• Weekends Off!
• Overtime Available

What you will be doing :

• Residential retrofit / changeout installations
• Excellent communication with homeowner
• Ability to help with the AC installation process and commissioning / start up
• Manage project timelines and work scope
• Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized
• Self-sufficient and willing to learn
• Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store! Maintain a professional appearance
• Follow safety protocols, and help with gas / CO testing on start up
• Help train and develop other team members

Requirements / Skills :

• 6 months of HVAC Install Helper experience, or combination of education and experience
• 3 - 5 + years of experience for Lead Installer position
• EPA Certification, or willing to obtain
• NATE Certification, or willing to obtain
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record; ability to drive company vehicles a major plus
• Knowledge of building science principles a major plus, but not required; must be willing to learn
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
