Make It Shine DBA SHINE is a 25 plus year, second generation, family-owned-and-operated business. We provide services to both residential and commercial clients all over Southeastern Virginia which include : window cleaning; pressure and soft washing; gutter cleaning; dryer vent cleaning; high dusting; roof cleaning; building restoration and sealing, and more. We take pride in tackling projects that other companies cant / wont do.

We work year round, full time. We are not seasonal like most companies in our industry.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to pass drug and background tests

Possess a valid drivers license, a vehicle, and clean driving record

Must have manual dexterity able to kneel, reach, climb, balance, lift

50-60lbs

Not afraid of heights! Ladder work generally 24ft- 32ft but some up to 40ft.

Work availability range from 7 : 00am 5pm Monday- Friday.

Occasional night / weekends and overtime

Detail oriented and able to work with a team to stay on task

Foreman are hired based on experience from $20-$25
