Responsibilities, Experience, and Skills :

• Assist in the oversight of daily operations.
• Willingness to learn and develop into a GM position.
• Operate the store in the GM's absence and uphold the same standards.
• Assist in leading, training, and developing all store team members.
• Excellent communication, people management, and motivational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Understand the value of teamwork.
• Previous Fast Casual work experience (e.g., Chipotle, Panera, Salad Works) is preferred but not required.
