Job Description
Internally known as the Head of Reliability for Danfoss Turbocor Compressors (DTC), this expansion role will be pivotal in shaping and implementing a comprehensive reliability growth strategy that drives business success. This position involves developing and deploying innovative reliability processes and methodologies, ensuring that products not only meet but exceed industry standards. The Head of Reliability will lead initiatives in new product development and various engineering practices, focusing on minimizing field failures and enhancing R&D quality processes. By actively reducing warranty costs and effectively managing customer reliability crises, this role is essential in fostering trust and satisfaction among our customers, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of Danfoss Turbocor Compressors. This is an onsite position at our facility in Tallahassee, Florida with the opportunity for limited domestic and international travel.
