Outploy is looking for a reliable IT Technician to support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues of our staff and organization. This includes, but not limited to, desktop hardware, Microsoft applications, custom applications, VOIP devices, printers, and various other technological equipment.
You will :
- Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees
- Configure new computers
- Maintain existing hardware such as computers and printers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Install and troubleshoot applications, software, etc
- Process tickets in a help desk system
- Create user accounts on various systems
- Help train company personal on technology and how to use effectively
- Travel to different sites for these procedures
- Perform miscellaneous related duties and as assigned
