5+yrs of progressive supervisory experience in a scratch kitchenHigh energy, takes initiative, and has a strong sense of urgencyExcellent work ethic and drive to succeedAbility to follow recipes and instructions accuratelyMust be passionate about food and executing consistency at a high-volumeMust be passionate about cleanliness and food safetyMust be highly organized and have great communication skillsPhysically able to stand, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods every day in a hot kitchenpost
