Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEPFP engineering, with Retro-Cx and LL87 experience preferred. Professional certification (LEED, CCP, CEM, etc.). Strong knowledge of energy / building codes, Revit, AutoCAD, and field troubleshooting techniques. Affiliation with professional organizations (BCA, AEE, ASHRAE, USGBC) is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with strong technical expertise, project management abilities, and leadership experience. This role involves overseeing large-scale projects, coordinating MEPFP fieldwork, and acting as a key liaison between the design team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will mentor junior engineers and ensure seamless project execution while balancing client expectations and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret construction documents, industry standards, and certification requirements (ASHRAE, LEED, WELL).
- Oversee equipment testing, system performance analysis, and compliance with local building codes.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot field-related issues, and manage project deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Lead documentation efforts, ensuring quality reporting and compliance with certification programs.
- Manage cloud-based project data, staffing, and scheduling while ensuring smooth project execution.
