Job Summary

  • The account rep has direct account responsibility and will service and support assigned business portfolio.
  • This may include, but not limited to, answering questions, resolving problems and providing general assistance within the business group. Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • May require a bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Reporting to the Transaction Banking Client Service Manager, the associate will act as a point of contact for Transaction Banking's Global Investment and Japanese Corporate Banking segments via phone or email for wire inquiries, service assistance and problem resolution. Ensure issues are addressed appropriately, accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Provide excellent client service support and respond to client inquiries timely.
  • Support Phone / Email / Secured Message channels to resolve client inquiries.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Work with target clients and internal service partners to advocate client needs and solutions.
  • Use product knowledge to resolve challenging client issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Provide excellent client service support and respond to client inquiries timely.
  • Support Phone / Email / Secured Message channels to resolve client inquiries.
  • Ensure policy guidelines are followed to mitigate risk and compliance issues.
  • Qualifications :

  • The right candidate will have
  • Prior experience of 3-5 years financial services / banking background with a Client Service and Treasury Management knowledge.
  • Must have Call Center / Phone support experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
  • Must be a team player who fosters a collaborative working relationship across the organization
  • Bachelor's degree recommended
