Physical Therapist

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with an ACHC Accredited Home Care organization experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for full-time Physical Therapist to cover the Treasure Coast.

The Physical Therapist is responsible to the Director of Professional Services / Clinical Manager to provide medically prescribed, goal-oriented therapy in accordance with the Physician's Plan of Care, company policies, and professional Standards of Practice.

Position : Physical Therapist

Location : Territory : Treasure Coast

PT Duties :

Participates in the development of Patient physical therapy plans of care

Documents the care and submits paperwork in an accurate and timely manner to update and maintain the Patient's medical records.

Provides education to Patients and their families

PT Qualifications :

Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in this state and in good standing with the Board in which he / she will practice.

Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy.

At least one year or more work experience in physical therapy in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred.
