Responsibilities
- The job will entail Extensive travel conducting equipment start-ups, installations, and service on Gibson shot blasting equipment
- Providing service and customer support during field visits and dispatches by studying system requirements, investigating complaints, diagnosing errors or technical problems, determining proper solutions, conducting tests and resolving problems
- Responding to customer tech service telephone calls and emails in a timely fashion
- Installation of new equipment and start-up on-site
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
- Setting daily work schedules
- Scheduling travel arrangements
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Downtime would include working in our Assembly Department assembling new machinery as needed
- Build positive relationships with customers
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
High School diploma / GED required
2+ years of experience in service
Required experience on machinery mechanics and electronics
Ability to troubleshoot, test and repair
Ability to work flexible shifts adapt to changing work schedules
Able to work with minimal supervision
