    Would you like to join a fun and friendly work environment where you will have the opportunity to help others?

    This is not your typical CBD shop. We are looking for a Sales Associate with sales experience and knowledge of CBD and other Cannabinoids. HempSol CBD specializes in high-quality CBD products in our upscale boutique store, and we educate our community about potential benefits of CBD in their routines. In this position you will be responsible for education of clients on CBD, Cannabinoids, and the industry as a whole, making customers feel welcome while addressing their individual needs and recommending solutions.

    This position is Part-time, possible full time with fast completion of training and excellent product knowledge. We will provide you with the intensive training and mentoring that you need to turn your enthusiasm and your drive into a successful sales career.

    Responsibilities

  • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
  • Collect payments by cash and credit card
  • Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
  • Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
  • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

    • Qualifications

  • College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
  • Willingness to work weekends and evening shifts
  • Knowledge of CBD and other Cannabinoids preferred
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
