Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

Working on Your Real Estate License or Licensed in the last few months?

    Compensation :

    100,000 on plan commission

    Responsibilities :

  • A commitment to complete the training cycle and meet the necessary benchmarks
  • The ability to follow instructions and be coachable
  • A basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn several computer programs
  • Strong communication skills

  • The ability and perseverance to overcome obstacles
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time if necessary
  • A valid driver's license and properly insured vehicle
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others

    • Qualifications :

    Here are some additional actions and attributes you'll need to be successful in working with our company :

  • Willing to obtain a Real Estate License within 2-3 weeks of joining Elam Or currently licensed (we can assist with understanding the process)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and desire to succeed
  • Be committed to following through with what you say you will do
  • Able to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly
  • Ability to work as a team within the Elam Family
  • Integrity is a Must for our agents
  • Sales experience is not necessary, but helpful
