DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with questions, account requests, and paperwork
- Serve as a liaison between clients and custodians, ensuring smooth processes and advocating for client needs.
- Provide firm-wide administrative support

3+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer service, in financial servicesFamiliarity with investment and retirement account terminology.Know the difference between an IRA and Roth IRARMD-meaning and what it doesStrong experience with Microsoft Office, CRM and creating spreadsheetWHY WORK HERE
