Primary Purpose :
The Manager of Digital Media and Content is responsible for leading Uplift’s overall media, content, strategy, and execution. A successful candidate for this role will be a go-getter and creative leader who can develop authentic media content, be responsive to data from marketing campaigns and drive to ultimate outcomes which include an increase in scholar applications to Uplift schools. The Manager of Digital Media and Content will also collaborate with other members of the marketing and scholar recruitment teams to make sure successful ad campaigns are translating to conversion and ultimately more students across DFW benefiting from an Uplift education.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Education, Experience, and / or Certification(s)
Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years of relevant media experience and / or content production across media strategy, channel mix / tactical plan development, and media reporting / analytics
Strong collaborator
Required Skills / Abilities :
Effective communicator both in written and oral formats

Proficiency in digital media tools required (socials, landing pages, SEO, conversion optimization); Video and graphic design tools preferred
Physical Demands :
Prolonged sitting; occasional bending / stooping, pushing / pulling, and twisting; repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching; occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds).
Work Environment :
Uplift allows hybrid remote work. While in the office, the work environment is representative of those an employee encounters while working in an office. The environment requires proximity to other employees, frequent interruptions, extended periods of time viewing a computer screen, and noise levels from moderate to high.
Starting Salary : $65,000
