Assist the CEO / Managing Director to carry out such executive functions and responsibilities in relation to the Company and the Group as may from time to time be required.

Develop and maintain a loyal, strong, dedicated team throughout the group to work effectively and cohesively.

Develop and maintain a strong international market presence for the group ongoing business transactions.

Develop and maintain proper systems and have them in place to check on the quality and efficiency of products and human resources.

Develop and maintain strong network relations with external parties and in business diversification projects and investment-related matters.

Development of the company’s brand products.
