MDS Coordinator (RN)

Overview : If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.The Resident Assessment (MDS) Coordinator & Resident Care Manager (RN) will assist with the coordination of the resident assessment process, care planning updates, Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment scheduling and completion. This role plays an essential part of accurately gathering data to document the condition of the resident as a foundation for proper care planning.RN Sign On Bonus : $2,000 (payable after the first 90 days of employment)About You : Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university.Strong Assessment & Care Planning skills.2-3 years of previous MDS experience.Understand state, federal and local regulations in relation to long-term care and skilled nursing requirements.Work Schedule : Full-Time ; Monday-Friday from 9 : 00am-5 : 00pmAbout Mirabella ASU : Mirabella is home to more than 370 residents who have access to a wide array of amazing amenities and care services.
