What You’ll Do :

Develop deep expertise in the company’s cutting-edge proteomic technologies.

Identify and engage with key prospects, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business opportunities.

Effectively communicate the value of proteomic solutions to academic researchers, clinicians, and biopharma executives.

Collaborate with Product Management to stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.

Strategically manage your territory, adjusting sales techniques based on insights from the field.

Prepare impactful reports and presentations for executive decision-makers.

What You Bring :

  • Proven Sales Success – At least 3 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Scientific Expertise – A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, plus an understanding of proteomics (preferred).
  • Relationship Builder – Ability to engage and establish credibility with academic researchers and industry leaders.
  • Persuasive Communicator – Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
