Position Summary
The Buyer and Visual Merchandising Manager manages Heath Home products' procurement, inventory, and merchandising across Heath’s showrooms and e-commerce platform. This role ensures the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time to meet sales and margin goals. It involves strategic vendor management, product assortment planning, and sales performance analysis to drive profitability and maintain a compelling, well-curated selection. Additionally, this position develops and executes visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and align with Heath’s brand vision. Collaboration with the creative, operations, showroom, and warehouse teams ensures a seamless product flow from procurement to sell-through. This role manages an Assistant Buyer and an in-store Visual Merchandiser.

Work Environment / Hours / Compensation
This is a full-time, exempt position, working Monday through Friday. The Heath Team is distributed across California, with offices in Sausalito and San Francisco. While we welcome remote work, time together each week in person is valuable and important, This role is based out of our San Francisco offices in the Mission District, with regular visits to our store locations in the Ferry Building and in Sausalito several times a month. And occasional travel to the Los Angeles Showroom 1-2 times per year. Remote days for this position are up to 2 days per week. This position pays $115,000 - $135,000, based on experience.
