Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of dining room staff
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and ensure that health and safety standards are met
Train, mentor, and develop dining room staff to provide outstanding service
Schedule and manage staff shifts and rotations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless flow of service
Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for the dining area
Assist in planning and executing special events and functions
Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Dining Room Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in using restaurant management software
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
