What we are looking for :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Associate to assist with the daily operations of our hub located in Los Altos, CA . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and / or Pokmon cards, coupled with experience in logistics.

Responsibilities :

• Intake and Inventory Management : Manage the intake of packages containing sports and Pokmon cards. Ensure accurate logging and tracking of inventory using our inventory management system.
• Shipping and Distribution : Coordinate the shipping process for outgoing packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery to designated recipients. Implement shipping protocols to maintain the integrity and safety of valuable items.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the condition of items entering and exiting the facility. Implement procedures to safeguard against loss, damage, or theft.
• Security and Compliance : Maintain strict security protocols to protect stored items. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies regarding handling and storage of valuable assets.
