Licensed Counselor Opportunities Across California

Join a forward-thinking organization committed to improving access to mental health care. We’re seeking licensed professionals (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) eager to make an impact. Work exclusively with low-acuity, pre-screened clients, allowing you to focus on therapy.

Position Overview :

  • Employment Type : Full-Time
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Core Duties :

  • Perform thorough assessments to gain insight into client needs.
  • Craft and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Lead therapy sessions using proven, results-oriented techniques.
  • Handle crisis intervention situations with skill and empathy.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities.

    • Compensation : $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

    Requirements

    Requirements :

  • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A thoughtful and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
