Master Electrical Services, LLC is seeking skilled Electricians for various projects in and around Richmond, Virginia. We are hiring for primarily first-shift positions, with compensation based on experience and skill level. Job Overview (to include any or all the following)

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to communicate updates that ensure the timely completion and quality of projects.
Working knowledge of codes and adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Participate in mentoring apprentices and leading small crews.
Maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial, industrial, or residential electrical work.

Experience with Low Voltage Work & Industrial Work.

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical specifications to ensure proper installation and functionality.

Certification or licensing as required by state and local regulations.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Self-motivated professional with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.

Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
