A company is looking for an HR & Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in a remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations tasks, including vendor coordination and digital tool maintenanceAssist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and maintaining employee recordsCollaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and coordinate cross-functional projectsRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations support role, preferably in a remote settingStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and AsanaCommitment to continuous learning and development in HR and operationsExperience in a startup or fast-growing organization is a plus
