PAC Homes is looking for new employees with general construction skills. Our business is primarily sourced from water damaged homes, where we need to replace drywall, trim, paint, re-install cabinets, replace flooring etc. We do some light framing, plumbing and electric work as well. We do get remodeling projects and are expecting to do more remodeling in the coming months and in 2025

We need people with a valid driver's license so they can drive the company trucks to the jobs

Responsibilities :

• Drywall Hanging / Installation and Finishing (mudding and sanding)
• Trim work
• Painting
• Floor Install (vinyl)
• Cabinets
• Replacing or Repairing Damaged Building Materials

Skills Required :

The pay range is a guide, and we will pay according to skill level and output. We usually start people at the lower end and will move them up quickly or even immediately based on quality of work. People who can run and close jobs independently can be paid beyond this range as well. We are looking for experienced construction workers or handymen that can execute a broad range of tasks. Drywall specialists are welcome too, as drywall is involved in nearly all of our jobs.
