Assistant Director of Property Management
Location : San Francisco, CA
Pay : $90,000 – 100,000 per year
Job Responsibilities
Property Portfolio Management :
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of property management activities. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.
Tenant Relations :
Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Implement tenant retention strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall tenant experience.Financial Management :
Assist in budget development and management for property-related expenses. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where possible.Compliance and Regulations :
Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting property management. Ensure properties adhere to all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.Reporting :
Prepare regular reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and financial metrics for organizational leadership.Team Collaboration :
Collaborate with the property management team, other departments, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field preferred5+ years of supervisory experience within property managementProven experience in affordable housing, including Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8, etc.Knowledge of affordable housing regulations and property laws.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Why choose Addison Administrative & HR?
