A company is looking for an M365 Change Management Senior Consultant to support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess clients' current state and identify change needsDesign and deliver change management solutions, including training and governanceLead Organizational Change Management activities and workshops to ensure successful project outcomesRequired QualificationsAt least five years of consulting experience in management or customer success consultingExperience with M365 / O365 implementation change managementKnowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification preferredExperience with change management principles and methodologiesAbility to work effectively at all levels in an organization
