Job description

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. 33,000 - $35,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans
  • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
  • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
  • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
  • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment

Qualifications :

  • Experience with facilities management software is preferred
  • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
  • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
