We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to support our growth and optimize our operations.
Position Purpose
The Executive Director will oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring the seamless integration of our programs with an emphasis on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This individual will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive the company's growth and scalability. This individual will focus on optimizing operational workflows, enhancing program offerings, improving organizational performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Operational Leadership : Lead and manage the operational functions of the company, ensuring that everything is aligned with the company's mission, vision, and business objectives.
- Strategy Development : Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's long-term strategy, focusing on growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Program Management : Oversee the design, implementation, and scaling of programs, ensuring high quality, effectiveness, and alignment with industry trends and customer needs.
- Process Optimization : Streamline operational processes and workflows to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technology Integration : Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
- Financial Management : Collaborate with the CEO to manage the company's budget, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial sustainability while pursuing growth.
- Customer Experience : Ensure exceptional client experiences by refining service delivery processes and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of programs and services.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Monitor the compliance of company operations with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring operational risks are effectively managed.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about the latest trends in health, wellness, and motivation sectors, bringing insights into new opportunities for program development and operational improvements.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, health management or related field preferred5 or more years of experience in operational leadership roles preferredIndustry experience a plusRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
