Your Responsibility In this role, you will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, solving manufacturing problems with lean tools to reduce cost, improve quality, plant efficiencies and material flow. You will work with a team of highly motivated professionals to research, design and develop safe manufacturing processes to decrease the risk of defects and help ensure that standards and quality of work are excellent. What We Are Seeking- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Minitab- Thorough competence in practical Lean Principles with a Green Belt Certification (required) and a Black Belt would be a significant plus. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence. - Demonstrated success with project management, factory maintenance, automation, and the ability to integrate designs into production- Ability to occasionally travel for training throughout U.S.
