Help project to meet release of game for Web3 platform

Budget ~$5K USD per month

Duties & responsibilities

• Team Organization : Coordinate with department to build and manage teams, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation.
• Calendar Coordination : Maintain and manage project timelines, milestone schedules, and team calendars to ensure alignment with goals.
• Project Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of game projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues in project execution and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines
