Ideal candidates will have experience in international transportation, storage and distribution of goods in various industries including manufacturing, retail and transportation. This role moves product from suppliers to consumers while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiencies.

Compensation : $70,000 to $77,000 annual (flexible upon experience)

Job Description :
Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to international logistics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline international transportation and distribution processes, reducing costs and improving delivery times.
Ensure all international logistics activities comply with relevant regulations, including customs, import / export laws, and trade agreements.
Work closely with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor and manage international inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to management.
Leverage advanced Excel skills and other software tools to enhance logistics operations and data tracking.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in international logistics processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with logistics software and tools (, ERP systems, WMS).
