Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Hybris Developer with a strong background in eCommerce platform development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the Hybris / SAP Commerce space and a solid understanding of software development principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Hybris-based solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery that aligns with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Hybris Development : Design, develop, and implement Hybris-based eCommerce solutions for large-scale projects.
  • Customization & Integration : Customize Hybris components as per business requirements, integrate third-party systems, and ensure seamless operation across various platforms.
  • System Architecture : Collaborate with architects to define the system architecture and design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Frontend & Backend Development : Work on both the backend (Java, Spring) and frontend (CMS, SAP Commerce Accelerator) components of the Hybris platform.
  • Optimization : Perform code optimization and tuning to ensure high performance, scalability, and security of Hybris applications.
  • Testing & Debugging : Debug and troubleshoot issues in development, staging, and production environments, ensuring applications run smoothly.
  • Agile Development : Participate in Agile / Scrum methodology for project management and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation related to the implementation of features and systems.
  • Mentorship : Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding practices, problem-solving, and system design.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying eCommerce solutions, with at least 3 years in Hybris development (SAP Commerce).
  • Languages & Tools : Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hybris platform (SAP Commerce).
  • Web Technologies : Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
  • Hybris Modules : Experience with key Hybris modules such as Commerce, Backoffice, and Integration.
  • Integration : Strong experience in integrating Hybris with external systems like payment gateways, SAP systems, CRM, and ERP platforms.
  • Database Knowledge : Solid experience with SQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
  • Version Control & CI / CD : Familiar with version control tools (Git, SVN) and CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.).
  • Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize code effectively.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a bonus.
  • SAP Commerce certification is highly desirable.
