Our mission is to educate clients on financial literacy and empower them to achieve financial freedom. Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated Financial Education Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert financial guidance to clients, helping them secure their future through customized life insurance and wealth-building strategies. You will also have the opportunity to build your own business, earn unlimited commissions, and create a lasting impact in your community. We're seeking people who are honest, trustworthy, dependable, motivated, and dedicated. No finance or insurance skills or experience are necessary. We have a great training program and will be happy to ensure you are taught everything you need to know to be successful. We are partnered with a full service financial agency working to help our clients grow wealth and get out of debt. We are looking for someone who has between 10-20 hours a week available initially to train and start helping families. This is a hybrid, commission-based only position with unlimited earning potential. The more families you help, the more you earn. The time you dedicate and your schedule are up to you. Responsibilities :

  • Educate clients on financial literacy and wealth-building strategies
  • Offer customized life insurance solutions, including term, IULs, and annuities
  • Provide debt solutions to help clients cut expenses and achieve financial freedom
  • Assist clients with retirement planning and legacy protection
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Offer a part-time passive income opportunity in financial services
  • Attend ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and products
  • Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs
  • Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions
  • On-going development of professional skills and knowledge
  • Help individuals, families, and businesses with identifying and implementing strategies to achieve short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial goals, including but not limited to retirement planning, college planning, debt management, insurance, investments, estate & legacy goals. Benefits : Based on Performance, typical part time pay is $40-$60k and full time is $80-$100k Flexible Schedule No Door Knocking No Cold Calling Supportive Team Coached weekly by top earners in the company Qualifications : Willingness to get a life insurance license Customer Service proficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Ability to work in a team-based environment Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision Skills :
