Position Overview :

As a member of the Z&L Europe team, you will be a key player in maintaining and expanding the brand's identity and product offerings. From managing product lines to ensuring the seamless integration of our beachy, bohemian-inspired collections, you'll contribute to the brand’s evolving story.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Brand Strategy & Development :

Define, maintain, and strengthen Z&L Europe’s brand voice, ensuring it aligns with the bohemian, adventurous spirit of the company.

  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams to craft seasonal collections that speak to our free-spirited, eclectic clientele.
  • Assist in developing strategic marketing campaigns to elevate the brand’s presence in the marketplace.
  • Product Management :

    • Oversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring all items meet the brand's high-quality standards.

  • Work closely with design and production teams to manage timelines and product releases.
  • Coordinate product photography and content creation for the website and marketing materials.
  • Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting :

    • Research and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Present regular reports on fashion and lifestyle trends to inform design and marketing decisions.
  • Customer Engagement :

    • Develop and implement strategies to engage customers across multiple channels.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Respond to customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and a positive brand experience.
  • Sales & Distribution Strategy :

    • Coordinate with sales teams to optimize product placement and availability in retail and e-commerce platforms.

  • Help develop seasonal sales strategies and promotions to maximize product reach and profitability.

  • Experience in brand management, product development, or related fields, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
