As a Business Development, Marketing & Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in growing SDR's brand presence, expanding our client base, and driving new sales opportunities at the Lake of the Ozarks! Your dynamic contributions will fuel the company's growth and success, while your passion for client relationships will foster long-term loyalty.
In this role, you'll combine strategic marketing efforts with proactive lead generation and sales execution, ensuring our clients receive the ultimate remodeling experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Business Development : Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, develop strategic partnerships, identify sales opportunities through networking and understanding Schloegel's target market.Brand Awareness & Marketing : Promote SDR's unique capabilities through personal marketing plans to generate qualified leads.Sales & Lead Generation : Drive new business by generating and converting leads, developing contracts, and communicating clear terms to clients. Meet or exceed sales goals.Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high customer satisfaction by following up with clients to guarantee project completion and customer loyalty.Collaboration : Partner with senior management to implement effective sales strategies, providing insight into industry trends and contributing to service department growth.Inbound & Outbound Sales : Field inbound calls for service requests and customer needs, and channel leads to the appropriate company departments.Product & Service Knowledge : Maintain a strong understanding of Schloegel's offerings to effectively communicate services to prospective customers and increase sales.Training & Growth : Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and training to continuously improve personal and team performance.WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Strong knowledge of the home remodeling industry, with an ability to sell SDR's products and services effectively.Proven success in sales, lead generation, account management, and business development.Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical standards and protecting the company brand.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical standards and protecting the company brand.Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical standards and protecting the company brand.Industry certifications are a plus, with a willingness to undergo additional training.YOUR SCHEDULE
This role is full-time, requiring 40+ hours weekly. This is a work from home position at or near the Lake of the Ozarks. Training and occasional meetings will be held at headquarters in Kansas City.
COMPENSATION
This is a commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential following six months of paid training.
