We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our day shift team in Amarillo, TX.

    • Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the provision of and documentation of patient care.
  • Participates in the clinical evaluation and formulation of treatment plans and goals.
  • Provides and documents occupational therapy treatment to patients.
  • Supervises assigned staff.
  • Interacts and practices in collaboration with other professionals.
  • Must comply with the Texas Occupational Therapy Practice Acts and Rules.

    • Qualifications

  • COTA licensed in the state of Texas.
  • CPR certified from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Computer usage required EMR EPIC documentation.
  • Ability to supervise, delegate and communicate with multiple team members.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • COTA experience in an acute care hospital and / or rehabilitation facility.
