Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer or ability to obtain registration within six months.
• 7+ years of engineering / industry experience with demonstrated team management.
• Strong leadership, project management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of fostering client relationships and personal career investment.
• Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward-thinking.
