Conduct thorough pre-operative intake, including reviewing patient medical histories and completing pre-op questionnaires to ensure readiness for procedures.Perform IV insertions with precision and efficiency, ensuring patient comfort and maintaining sterility.Monitor and support patients in the recovery phase post-procedure, managing care after sedation and addressing any immediate post-operative needs.Assist in the operating room as a circulating nurse, ensuring proper surgical safety protocols are followed and supporting the surgical team as needed.Perform scrubbing duties during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques and ensuring all equipment and instruments are handled correctly.Provide patient education and pre-operative instructions, including preparation guidelines for upcoming procedures.Closely monitor patient vitals and condition during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op stages, escalating any concerns to the medical team promptly.Maintain compliance with infection control and surgical safety standards in all clinical and operating room settings.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fertility specialists, to deliver seamless and compassionate patient care.About Us
