That being said, here are some of the broad strokes of our Tax Manager leadership position which will support the Individual Tax and Estate Planning Services Service Line.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and assist in the planning and management of estate & trust tax compliance and advisory services for PYA’s high-net-worth clients
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients needs for estate & trust planning, reporting, and compliance in regards to taxation.
  • Engage in business development activities to continue to meet the needs of high net-worth individuals in the marketplace, and grow this service offering within strategic areas
  • Develop a team of tax consultants and other service line subject matter experts to deliver exceptional client service to high-net-worth clients and all PYA clients

Qualifications :

  • 5 + years of tax and accounting experience with a national public accounting and / or consulting firm
  • CPA or EA license is preferred
  • Previous experience with individual, estate, gift, trust, foundation, and partnership taxation preferred
  • Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results
  • Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
