Summary

Your primary objective is to provide our client with successful projects by assuring the efficient use of materials, labor, equipment, and contractors to complete a project on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality, and in a manner consistent with appropriate safety standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the onsite construction of assigned projects including :
Coordinating subcontractors or multi-primes
Maintaining a positive relationship with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and ContractorsManaging and supervising self-performed work itemsProcessing requests for clarificationsUpdating as-built drawingsTracking costs and other items required to properly supervise the construction processDeveloping initial project schedule and update on regular basis throughout the projectAssuring that progress photos are taken throughout the course of constructionAssuring that daily reports are accurately and promptly preparedComplying with contract documents. Assure that the quality of materials and workmanship complies with applicable specifications and standardsReviewing shop drawings and submittals to ensure proper coordination of the workAssisting Project Manager in identifying and estimating changes in the workTaking the lead in implementing the project and company safety plansWorking with the Project Manager assigned to the project as requiredQualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of Commercial and Public Works experience preferredExcellent attention to detail and facility with numbersAbility to prioritize and multi-task, in a busy job site environmentAbility to resolve issues independently based on project / company standards and verification of facts prior to releasing documents to the client or outside agenciesGood judgment, logic, and ability to learn new things quicklyMust have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Procore, and MS Project scheduling software a plusA valid driver's license and acceptable driving history are requiredBenefits
