In this role you will :
- Design and implement KPI aligned with the organization goals to drive operational efficiency and business growth. Fully own specific area of the risk management portfolio, ensuring comprehensive understanding and optimization of performance within the domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expectations and organization goal planning.
- Create high quality advanced dashboards in Tableau and other visual tools to drive insights for project sponsors, teams, and broader leadership.
- Use statistical techniques and data mining to uncover insights from extensive datasets, facilitating informed decision-making within the risk organization.
- Facilitate outcomes by analyzing historical data, creating forecasting models, and identify early signal indicators for portfolio management.
- Build and maintain SQL tables as the authoritative source of truth for the risk team, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for cross-functional teams and streamlining reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Sciences, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related technical field; Master’s preferred3+ years of experience in risk analytics, data analytics, or data science.Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems, including using statistics and data science.Proficiency in SQL and Excel, or python including key data science libraries, with experience working with large datasets.Exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholdersAbility to communicate complex results clearly to technical experts, business partners, and executives, including developing Tableau dashboards and visualizations.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and steering analytics projects toward clear business goals and actionable outcomes.Experience in working at matrixed organizations with strong cross-functional collaborationExceptional leadership and communication skills across all organizational levels, with a proactive approach to multitasking and problem-solving.Thrives in fast-paced startup environments, adept at adapting to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in banking, e-commerce, or payments industries.Knowledge of and experience with payment technologies and ecosystems.Intermediate Python knowledge.Experience in a high-growth technology company.The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
