The salary for a Training Coordinator I is up to $57,600 based on education and experience.

As a Training Coordinator I with OMES you will enjoy :

Job Details
Full-time 40-hour work weeks.Support the Human Capital ManagementSalary up to : $57,600 - $70,000 based on education and experience.Responsibilities
Ensures curriculum and training resource materials are edited and updated with documented changes.Aids other facilitators during learning sessions.Prepares all materials and room (virtual or in person) before a class, with the correct signage, seating arrangements and materials on hand.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders for best learning solutions and strategies.Facilitates in-person, virtually, or blended learning experiences to include meetings, workshops, seminars, and activities.Assists the training team in the planning and execution of learning events such as leadership conferences, program graduations etc.Conducts one on one learning opportunities where the employee need is identifiedInteracts with stakeholders and maintains relationships by providing exemplary customer service.Attends learning events to stay up to date on adult learning practices and new training methods and techniques; uses the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future learning sessions.Recommends training materials and methods for future learning experiences.Gathers and evaluates survey feedback organizational data and group needs analysis.Denotes Essential FunctionPhysical Demands and Work Environment
This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild. Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in adult education, human resource development or other related field and;Two years of experience in training, human resource development or classroom teachingAn additional 2 years of experience is required to be considered a Training Coordinator IIAbout
