Job Description :

Three Way Logistics is seeking a Sales Executive in the Bay Area to drive growth and expand our customer base. This role focuses on selling rigging, machinery moving, special handling, and warehouse servicesmanaging everything from removal and transport to final delivery and storage.

Sales Executives at Three Way Logistics play a crucial role in identifying new leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to support the success of our logistics services. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of integrity, quality, and customer commitment and effectively communicate these values to our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and generate leads using phone, internet, fieldwork, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Conduct customer site visits and walk-throughs.
  • Identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and meetings with potential customers.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual client meetings.
  • Develop and present proposals for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies and account implementation plans.
  • Ensure CRM is consistently updated with accurate and timely updates
  • Consult with decision-makers and key influencers to understand business challenges and tailor solutions.
  • Work closely with the rigging operations team to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2+ years of logistics experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven
  • Knowledge of logistics or machinery moving industry preferred
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • Schedule & Work Environment :

  • Minimum 40-hour workweek (or as needed to fulfill job duties)
  • Hybrid role : Combination of remote work and in-office presence in Newark, CA
  • Travel may be required for training and customer meetings
