A company is looking for a Relocation Coach - EMEA.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of relocators, delivering end-to-end relocation services and maintaining high customer experience standardsEducate and manage expectations for relocators and clients, building trusted relationships throughout the relocation journeySupport operational processes by adhering to team procedures, delegating tasks, and identifying delivery issuesRequired QualificationsAvailability to work during standard working hours in GMT / CET time zonesFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, or Portuguese is a plusAwareness or first-hand knowledge of major cities and lifestyle norms in the MENA regionPrevious experience in the Global Mobility / Relocation industry is strongly desiredAbility to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
