Job description

Shift : Positions –

Fri – Mon : HR Shifts

  • Position : Morning / Afternoon Shift : AM-PM
  • Position : Afternoon Shift : PM-AM

Position –

MON – FRI : HR Shift

  • Position : AM-PM

    • Job Description

  • Monitor flights in client's AIR network
  • Track daily cargo shipments throughout the AIR network, identify errors at sites, and develop corrective solutions to implement
  • Confirm shipment bookings for customers and audit reservations against internal systems
  • Communicate with sites on upcoming shipments and provide updates to customers when required.
  • Identify shipping trends between customers to streamline capacity adjustments and maximize package attainment
  • Develop and recommend contingency plans for disrupted shipments to improve customer service and experience
  • Create shipment orders for invoicing and Finance departments

    • Basic Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Logistics or / Supply Chain / Operations discipline
  • Basic Logical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Basic analytical abilities
  • Conceptual understanding of systems and processes

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Logistics , or Supply Chain / Operations discipline
  • Strong Logical and Problem-Solving skills with proven record of success
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Conceptual understanding of systems and processes

    • Must Have Skills :

  • Some form of logistical experience (- YRS) air / ground or sea
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to find Solutions
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and strong communication skills
